LoraVideo provides AI video generation and related tools, including text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-based generation, task management, and media storage/download features. Outputs are probabilistic, and we do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding account credentials, and activities under your account.

4. User Content and License

You are responsible for all inputs you submit (such as prompts, images, audio, and video) and represent that you have the necessary rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.

5. AI Output Specific Notice

Generated outputs may resemble third-party content or include inaccuracies or unexpected elements. You are responsible for human review before publication, commercial use, or external distribution.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create or distribute illegal, harmful, exploitative, extremist, or abusive content.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Conduct fraud, impersonation, deceptive deepfake use, spam, or other abusive behavior.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, bypass safeguards, or disrupt service integrity.
  • Upload malware or other code that threatens platform or user security.

7. Platform IP and Feedback

The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your inputs and outputs to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Subscription, Credits, and Payment

Some features require paid subscriptions or credits. Unless stated otherwise by law or on a specific offer page, fees are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled before the next billing cycle. We may update pricing, plans, or billing methods with reasonable notice.
